No views, too much money and a manager who avoids you. Thank goodness I got out. I realize that there are problems living anywhere but to pay that much for outdated kitchen and NO views is crazy. I had to live close to my job otherwise I'd have lived across Broad Street. The manager is never there and when she is she's "too busy" to deal with the tenants. Leasing agent was nice at move in then really did care. Front desk staff in lobby help when they feel like it. I say run as fast as you can.
