B From: kaisarsossay Date posted: 5/8/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   This is the best managed building I have lived in. Excellent service, very secure, and well-maintained. The only major problem here is not their fault-- it isdreadfully noisy in this neighborhood. The constant ambulance noise will drive you made during the times of year you open the windows. There are also very few shopping options in this up-and-coming-but-not-there-yet neighborhood. Unless you like banks and drug stores. There are tons, however, of philly care shar cars in the area, so you can easily get away.
