If you are looking for a Great apartment Downtown you must check out the Ben Franklin House.
Pros: Great Management
Great Front desk
Amazing lobby
Pet Friendly
same day maintenance
Washer/Dryer in Apt
Free Gym
Mail Room
No Bugs or mice!
Etc ........

Lets see: 1. The gym is inadequate for a full exercise routine. 2. To the same day maintenance, it usually takes 3 - 4 more calls to actually resolve the issue. 3. Outdated fire alarm. 4. The outdated stacked washer tears up clothing.
