I have lived in the Ben for the past 5 years. I have never had any problems. Maintenance is great, quick, and reliable. I travel 25% of my year so safety for my wife is important. I have not find any more safe and secure place than the Ben for my family. I live in the 8th floor and despite is a ballroom that have weddings and events every day of the weekend, I cannot think about a quieter place than the Ben. Once you are in your apartment, you do not heard anything from the ballroom, from the street, or any other apartments. My wife and I are planning to have kids soon and we have decided the Ben is the place we want to start our family. Great location, excellent management and staff, and always clean. Once you enter the lobby, you will be amazed about how beautiful it is. The fitness center is a state of the art and having an on-site restaurant is great advantage. Also, we have a laundry and a deli. I recommend the Ben to everyone because location, quite, maintenance, security, and great staff. Finally, the Ben is pet friendly and apartments have a fair amount of space and closets.

It usually takes three to four times for an issue of ours to be fixed, even though they respond the same day. The laundry machine is small and tears up clothes.
