MOVE HERE IF YOU WANT TO GET SHOT

Berkshires of East Falls in Philadelphia, PA is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Expensive with no ammenities. Gunshots fired directly outside our bedroom window and a victin was shot. Had to leave before the lease was up in fear for our lives. When we explained this incident to the staff they showed no sympathy and told us it was not a big deal. HORRIBLE. Do not live there if quality and safety are any concerns of yours.
