I have been living at Blue Grass for two years now and I have NOT had similar situations as the ones described in the other reviews. It is an economical place to live for what you are getting and I have had very prompt maintenance service plus never had a problem with parking. After all, it is an apartment complex so it will not be perfect. However, I wouldn't still be there if it was unbearable and other apartment places can really rip you off.
