That comment was made due to the two people who work in the office. You have one person, (a very nice person who wants to do everything for you) and her boss and apartment manager who is not a very nice person and definitly not a people-person. The one person in the office wants to fix the problems, yet the other shoots down the requests! The requests need to revolve around issues that may cost the apartment complex more money down the road if it wasn't fixed or replaced now. Another problem is the mainatainence staff not leave notes that they have been in your apartment. This is a huge issue that has yet to be addressed consistantly. The apartments are very airy and you will waste money keeping your place cool. There are people with over $200.00 heating bills for a one bedroom apartment.

Now to the good aspects. The apartments are spacious and pretty nice for the money. Parking is plentiful and there is a pool for the residents. The neighborhood is excellent and safe! Everything you need is within walking distance. The neighbors are friendly. One of the best deals in the city when I was looking and comparing to at least 10 different apartments. For the money, it's hard to beat an apartment in such a beautiful neighborhood, close to all types of stores, and spacious. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

Management is very good both the managaer and leasing person. I don't believe this person. They must of been not nice tenants because the manager is not like that. She does everything that the company will permit her to do and then some. I have seen this many times. She tries to please residents in every way possible. There are things she is not permitted to do and maybe they were asking for something that was not permitted. Anyway I just couldn't let this go and not give my view. I live at Blue Grass for 15 years and have seen quite a few managers and this manager is the first one that turned this around. she has been here 8 years and I hope she stays longer. signed a resident

You are entitled to your opinion and I am happy you didn't have bad experiences. Just because you didn't experience these issues, doesn't give you the right to judge my conduct. My conduct doesn't come into play in any of the scenarios I discussed above. Unfortunately, my experiences were not the same.
