Before I go into all this, Josephine has always been nice and understanding with pretty much anything I've ever heard.
Anne on the other hand... you ever wonder how someone could get so far in life without being brutally beaten' I can tell you this, if there is a hell, that lady will be there.
You ever have one of those friends who just likes to stir up trouble and then complain about it' Almost to where it seems like they're just bored and creating drama' Imagine trying to RENT from someone like that.
The one half of the place seems to be alright with parking, so if you're older and white, or jewish, you'll be living there. If you're young or black (I don't think they'd allow both), you'll be down by the train tracks where parking is an issue. The lot behind my building didn't require a parking permit, but everplace else in the complex does...so you can imagine where all the extra cars are stored. But, as soon as someone moved in to help me get around after I had knee and back surgery, her car was cluttering up the parking lot, and they informed me it would be towed and I would be evicted if she wasn't gone in five days. Lovely, understanding human being...can't wait until she breaks a hip.
The laundry is now...1.50 I think for a wash and a dry. It goes up from time to time. There's also one washer and dryer for eight apartments, which is only bad on Sundays... but, you can also just ask your neighbors through the walls if they're doing laundry.
Actually, the walls and floors are so sound permeable, that when a new tennant moved in, she called in a noise violation... it was only when I talked to her and recited phone conversations she'd been having earlier that day that she realized what was going on.
I swear this place has some side deal with PGW...obviously, they don't pay for gas, and all the heating vents are at the very top of the walls, so when you fire up the aforementioned jet engine heater, expect it to be 40 to 50 dollars before it gets any warmer...and that was LAST years prices.
When I moved in, there was a ninety-one year old WW2 veteran across the hall, who passed away shortly there after. It was funny and sad...and someone disgusting, to watch as they still formally evicted him and then looted his remaining belongings. There was also a guy downstairs who was seemingly insane, and would scream all night. I used to wonder how he got that way...after a year and a half here, I wonder how I'm not that way.
I would only move here if you're planning to commit some kind of crime and use insanity as an excuse. If you do make the mistake, the only way out of the -----esque policies seems to be to quit your job and get a new one twenty-five miles away...or just get transferred. I actually came very close to joining the military in an effort to get out of here... and we're at war. Thank god for Hamilton, New Jersey.

Many people are not as straight forward. I appreciate it because apartment living sucks majority of the time. High rent with shabby living condtions. There should be more people who speak out as loud as yourself. Racism should not be tolorated. We have suffered enough people. Peace to you brother. |

I disregarded your review and rented here. It is beautiful. The management is very nice. Both the manager and leasing person. Nobody bothers you. I have been here since January, 06 and have never encountered any of the above or have any of the other residents I have spoken with. Sounds like someone couldn't get there way and is trying to black list someone and this is not nice. Very satisfied tenant.
