What a beautiful apartment complex. Sooo very clean and well kept up. I loed living here. Everyone one is friendly and helpfull. The management is excellent. The maintenance is pretty good. Both women in the office (the manager and leasing person) are very friendly and easy to talk to. I have a one bedroom and am getting married. We have bought a house. I really hate leaving. I recommend Blue Grass very Highly.

Ummm, both managers are not friendly. One is extremely friendly and the other is not friendly at all. It's like an episode of Jekyll and Hyde.
