I have been a resident here for 2 years and have never had a problem. Office staff is friendly and courteous, as well as the maintenance personnel. In reviewing the other reviews, I am amazed how nasty and vulgar people can be. I'm sure the nasty complaints are from the problem people, or the people who have a chip on their shoulder, as usual. I find my surroundings here to be close to shopping and convenient to all transporation. I feel like I'm living in a park. I sit out at night on the benches provided and chat with the friendly neighbors. I would recommend this place for safe living. It is definitely worth the dollar in today's world.
