So I am finally moving out. Hell is over. This place is a joke. From day one everyone had problems. Arson, floods, security - you name it. Now the building is pretty much abandoned - as it was before. The first floor is empty - apart from a drug dealer which is one of Tower's former employees. Lovely. So now we have kids on bikes run in and out of the building running drugs. Of course - Tower doesn't care. Also the place is dirty, the mailroom and mechanical rooms are never locked and some of the back doors are not secure so everyone can come and go as they please.
As for Tower - they are the worst company you could rent from. Justin is useless and pretty much lied to everyone just to get them to sign leases and we have gone through various property managers for Boone in the last year. Harrison, the last unskilled candidate is too full of himself to speak with Boone Residents. Overall Tower hires people that in the real world would be unemployed. No matter what they tell you - stay away.

I'm in the process of signing a lease with tower for a first floor apt in this building and these reviews are scaring the crap out of me. Does anyone still live there from these reviews? Can anyone offer insight? I actually like the neighborhood and was really hopeful. Now I'm just plain scared. HELP!
