THE MANAGEMENT/Maintenance SUCKS at Copley Place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/13/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I lived in one of the Brandywine Consturction Management Building, and they dont care about anything, but collecting the rent each month. THe building is run-down and dirty. When you have a problem in your apartment they donot response in a timely fashion. The money you have to pay to live here is not worth it. WHen you call the Managers office you leave a message she doens't return your calls. I f you need a place to live, please dont chose one of these properties.
