Brandywine Construction and Management is a HORRIBLE company. They are SLUM LORDS who are only interested in collecting rent. They own apartment buildings in Germantown and the worst one is the School Lane House Apartments. Does the maintance staff actually fix anything'. Don't count on it. Management only respondes when you threaten to call Licenses and Inspections. DO NOT LIVE IN ANY OF THE BUILDINGS OWNED BY THIS COMPANY!
