Very Nasty Service, Apartments plagued with problems

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
 
They mismanage their buildings and let them become overridden with pests and damages. When issues are brought to their attention, they do little or nothing to resolve the issue until you threaten to put your rent in escroe. Good luck getting your deposit back.
