The worse mistake that I have made. is to re-sign for another year at COPLEY PLACE 7400 Haverford Ave.......The building is run down and unattended......If you leave a message for any repairs...You NEVER get a call back...It takes weeks, sometimes (in my case) months to get a response for repairs......The staff should be fired....It is really ashame that this building, in such a prime location, was allowed to go down like it has....This building would have great potential if they got rid of the rental agent (the social butterfly) and the handy man (good for nothing hall walker)....The man that does the actual maintance on the building, seems as though he is doing the best he can, but it is NOT working........TO ANYONE INTERESTED IN LIVING IN THE OVERBROOK AREA.......BUY YOUR HOME..OR LOOK SOMEWHERE (ANYWHERE) ELSE......COPLEY IS A BIG RIP OFF AND HEADACHE...NOT WORTH THE ALMOST $800.00 THEY CHANGE FOR RENT...........
