Brandywine does a very good job maintaining there Old City apartments: Maintenance reponse time and quality of work are both very good. The apartments look excellent and are in prime locations. Dealing with the leasing people seems to be a rushed experience, but in the end they produce results. Definately would reccomend their apartments.
