My boyfriend and I have been living in Brandywine's Penn's View Apartments for about 8 months and the experience has been absolutely terrible. I have never, in all the apartments I have lived in, had to call maintenance so many times. The maintenance staff is somewhat responsive (sometimes very, sometimes not at all); however, we usually have to call them again and again about the same problem. If you expect your problems to be fixed the first time around, don't bet on it. I'm not exaggerating when I say that every week we have had to call about a new (or old) problem we're having. The common areas are dirty, especially the stairway. It's a beautiful apartment, but if I could get out of this lease today without a penalty, I would.
