To the individual who wrote Serious Health Problems Ignored, on May 15, 2004, I am very interested in finding out which building you live in. On behalf of Brandywine, I would like to apologize for your inconvenience and personally see to it that your maintenance issues are addressed immediately. We really pride ourselves on prompt response and addressing all of our residents needs. If you would please call our corporate number and ask for the Director of Leasing, I would be happy to see that your maintenance issues are addressed. Thanks and again we are sorry for your inconvenience.

You should work on being honest and understanding. I moved out, got charged for a remote ($130) for the tv we had in the kitchen. We never had this remote. We have no way to prove this because we signed nothing that said we should have one. No one told us we were supposed to. The person who showed us the place was supposed to know, remember and HAND WRITE on a sheet of paper that we didn't? This does not seem right or fair in any reason. And I will be continuing my pursuit in this money. I shall not be robbed or taken advantage of.
