Despite prime location, there is absolutely no redeemable quality about Brandywine or this bldg. To mention a few flaws, we have been dealing with a rampant mouse problem (on avg. we catch 2 a night). In 9 months our front door buzzer has worked for maybe one week, even after being replaced by an updated system. Our neighbors windowsill has fallen off which now lays on the side walk for any one but Brandywine to pick up and dispose. The sales office is down right rude and the maintance department is not responsive to requests and simple questions.
The list goes on and on, but to sum it up and give you an idea what we deal with I will say, the windows have never been open because there are no screens, and our energy bill is never less than $150 a month due to how drafty the apartment is, caused in part by the 1 inch gap in-between the floors and walls. Which is probably where the mice come from...
