Living in a crackhouse would be an improvement

I lived in the Sugar Refinery for 3 (seems like 10) years. without repeating all that has been said I will say this. Yes the service and office is horrible. The attitude of all but a few employees is a disgrace. One miserable brunette (nameless out of slight respect) has such an attitude that she she not even be classified as employed by our government. That degrades all those hard working nice people out there. Mice found about 20 in my years. Poor window treatments let rain and snow in. Falling brick face in my room , never solved. They also have a standard policy to raise the rent 10% at least each year. A place that cost $1000 my 1st yr ended up at 1600 2 yr later for a place that was in worse condition!! This is nothing more than a oversized slumlord company in a nice historical area of Philly. I now live in a place 1 block away my rent has increased $50 total in 3 years, even though service isn't perfect it beats the crap out of total disregard. DOWN WITH BRANDY(WHINE!).
