The response time for maintenance issues is horrible. Maintenance people came into my apartment some time ago while I was in the shower. The lobby is filthy and not cleaned on weekends. The lobby door either doesn't lock, or locks from the inside so you can't get out. i will not re-new my lease, which is a shame, because the apartment itself is big and has a lot of character.
