could I LOVE this place ANYMORE'!'! WARNING: SARCASM LEVEL HIGH From: crackhouse Date posted: 1/27/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   Who wouldnt like this place' Honestly, the random fire alarms that can last 30 minutes, its always great when the firemen show up and have to hack open the basement door because no one from the management company would show up. The gate that is usually left open during the day and at night, I preferred it when it was secretly unlocked but was able to close. It made buzzing people in easier. This latest snow storm was great too. I wished I lived on the ground floor and had one of those steel staircases, that must have been fun playing the always entertaining, try not to kill yourself while leaving your apartment game! Maintenance requests are processed in a timely two week manner, which is wonderful! Trash only piles up on the weekends and at a minimum two days during the week. The rats and other vermin are actually quite friendly and a dead roach thats been decaying in the stairwell looks like art now.
