Get everything you want BEFORE you sign your lease; you'll get nothing once you're in. These potentially great lofts are awful because nothing is taken care of (or minimally taken care of), and it's never very clean. ONE phone line''''

what exactly are you talking about? Ive been a tenant in Hoopskirt for 3 years and I am very happy with the service Brandywine provides. You are responsible for cleaning your own apartment and what phone line are you referring to? your apartment line?
