Prospective renters beware! My lease is nearly up and I WILL NOT be renting with this management company ever again. I average about 3 calls per week to the maitenence department who either say they will call me back or they tell me they are "working on it". Beofre I moved in, I was PROMISED new knobs on my washing machine (there were none), as I could not change the temperature of the water and have had to risk shrinkage or wash my clothes elsewhere. The Washing machine also sprung a leak causing all the tiles in my kitchen to become unglued and leave a constant wet milky substance all over the kitchen floor. This has been going on for the past 8 weeks. They finally replaced my washer, but left an even bigger mess. The dishwasher breaks down so regularly that the maintence man actually taught me how to fix it myself so I wouldn't have to "bother them anymore". The light in the bathroom decides when to work and when not to... I could go on and on. The building''' The outside buzzer hasn't worked for three weeks... why am I paying for a land line''' The elevator has broken three times since I have moved in here. All three times for a peiod of at least 24 hours. I pay 36 dollars a day to live in a watered down apartment! And the management company doesn't give a ----. teh only thing they care about is getting my rent on time. I paid my rent 12 hours late one time and I got a letter the NEXT WEEK with my late fees. DO NOT RENT FROM BRANDYWINE!
