Stay away from Brandywine!!!!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
 
Living with Brandywine means obnoxious and rude tenant service (especially from the maintenance office), unresponsiveness to maintenance requests, exhorbitant rents, recycling that gets dumped in the trash, litter that surrounds the building at all times of the year, security doors left open or broken, and snow and ice that is not addressed in winter. Stay away!
