Smythe Stores bad, Sugar Refinery even worse!!!

I recently had to switch from Sugar Refinery to Smythe Stores because my apartment got flooded with cigarette smoke from the tenants below. Brandywine refused to let me out of the lease but switched me to the Smythe Stores. Getting Bruce Fulmer to return a phone call or have adequate lead times on maintenance is a bit of challenge to say the least. I have a big hole in my floor that they covered the new carpeting with - when I walk over it, I sink 2". Nice, huh'

Smythe Stores is a great building to live in, one of the best in the city. I think you are lucky. Its interesting that you mention people by name but then do not give your own

Well, I've lived in a few of their buildings and I've been quite unhappy. The person that made the last response must be Bruce Fulmer since he didnt like his name mentioned- Bruce is a ----------. Anyways, just thought I would share my opinion. Oh, by the way, you really shouldnt hire crackheads from NE philly to be the MX help- they are thieves and they are worthless.
