Bruce Fulmer and Brandywine are complete and total slumlords. I have lived in Smythe Stores for two years and in that time my roof has leaked eight times. Getting Bruce Fulmer or anyone in that office to return a call is hopeless. I am moving out as soon as my lease is up. STAY AWAY FROM BRANDYWINE
