Maintenance is a joke. There are roaches, bad electric wiring, no response when you call with a complaint. But if you see a SEPTA bus, they have this beautiful ad about new construction with Brandywine. The front doors are never secure, fires because of shoddy wiring. Public housing has better standards than this dump. Save you time and money and go someplace else. You will be gald you did.
