I can't believe how long it takes Brandywine to fix things. A Brandywine employee broke our window during the walk-through in August and they didn't come fix it until January!
The apartment is beautiful so my fianc?? and I signed a lease without listening to the warnings of people in the building (Smythe Stores). We will never make that mistake again.

Don't ever rent from Brandywine! They are the worst slumlords of the city. I live in the Tulwayne Apartments. They never fix anything here. I've had the same leak in my bedroom ceiling for 2 years. It stems from holes in a rusty pipe. The first time the maintenance man tried to fix it with duct tape, and later on with tub caulking. This is typical of the type of people Brandywine employs as maintenance personel. There are also numerous L&I violations that Brandywine has gotten away with - for example - the crappy electric baseboard heaters are a fire hazzard. It seems whatever buildings Brandywine manages the stories are all the same. SLUMLORDS with no respect for human life.
