Living in a Brandywine owned apartment has been one of the worst experiences in my life. My roomate and I currently live at Trotters Alley. The mice problem that we had was so bad that I was catching and throwing out 2-3 mice per day. Brandywine did nothing, we had to hire an exterminator, buy traps, throw out the mice, the maintence staff did nothing. I would call them everyday and they never did anything about it. Currently we have no hot water in our shower and are unable to shower at all. I have called them at least 5 times about this and they have not fixed the problem. You would think something like hot water to shower would be a priority, but typical Brandywine acts like its nothing. Our lease is up in June, and I can't wait! I would never recommend Brandywine to anyone, they are trully one of the worst management companies.
