These negative reviews are a complete surprise to me! I lived in a Brandywine building ( Penn's View) for 3 years and had a very positive experience. My maintenance requests were taken care of in a timely manner and the office staff was always friendly and helpful. When I moved out, I received my entire securtiy deposit back (plus interest).
No situation is perfect, but on a whole I would highly recommend Brandywine to anyone.

I agree. When I moved out, I got my entire security deposit back too. As a matter of fact, when I moved in, I had to pay a last months rent, which I totally forgot about. Imagine my surprise when I received my security deposit back, plus an additional check for my last months rent. When I needed maintenance, they came to fix the problem and on a whole, I never had a problem with Brandywine at all. I would recommend them!!
