The reviews don't lie. Brandywine has no concern for your living situation, your health, rodents, wellbeing, etc. As long as your check comes in, they will greet you with a smile. Don't be surprised if maintanence calls go unanswered, if letters are ignored, if property managers hide from you...

You would be foolish to believe much that you hear when you take your tour of their properties. There is too much out there, find someone else to give your money.
