Nightmare

We have lived in Trotter's Alley Apartments for nearly one year - by far the worst living situation we've ever experienced. However, if you enjoy constant mice infestation - and you don't mind either being ignored or told that "you signed the lease, there's nothing we can do" - by all means this is your place. And try not to worry as we did when three different neighbors tell you that their units were broken into (one neighbor twice) because Brandywine will assure you (as they did us) that this is a secure building. When you complain repeatedly, be prepared for the situation to first get worse. You will then need to harass them to get anything fixed - they do not care about your well-being, nor do they seem to want to do any work aside from cashing rent checks. Oh, and in case you're wondering about the neighborhood, from April - November, on Wednesdays to Sundays, from 12am - 2am, you will not be able to sleep because of the constant street noise outside. We're on the "quiet" side and require a sound machine to sleep through the night. We cannot wait to no longer need it.
