I have visited this site enough to know that you have to take people's reviews with a grain of salt...the good...and the bad. So when people say that they have had a bad experience with this management company, I don't doubt it. But as for our experience, so far it has been the best rental experience of my life....and I've lived in a lot of apartments!! It's true that the maintenance team seems a bit understaffed, and that they certainly keep to their 5p quitting time, but whenever I have trouble with them, I just call Noel or Stephanie and they make sure I'm taken care of. The management team can make or break your rental experience, b/c if they don't care about or are unhappy in their jobs, it makes your rental life a nightmare, but the current team are fantastic. We relocated from Tennessee to Philadelphia where we knew no one. We had 3 days to find a place and Stephanie made that happen for us.

I can't say enough good things about the ladies who work in that office. In my opinion, if they sometimes seem unhelpful, they are probably extremely busy. It's not as if they only have 1 renter or even 1 property to manage. Now, I know what you are thinking...but I don't work there and they didn't pay me to write this. I live in the Smythe store building. We have great neighbors, in a great neighborhood and I highly recommend renting from this company.
