live at the craft house - you need to call maintenance about 10 times for them to fix anything. when they do fix anything, they do an incredibly crappy job so it breaks again. The place also has leaks that hvae never been resolved, and terrible termite issues (baseboards literally crumble when you touch them).

Overall - worse management company i have ever rented from.

We have recently done some major work at Craft's House in the hopes that we stopped any and all leaks and are unaware of anymore leaking issues. We are certainly unaware of any termite issues at Crafts House. If you are having leaking problems and if you have termites that are causing distruction to your apartment and to the property in general, please contact the management office immediately so we can take care if these problems. We apologize for any lack of response have had, but want to rectify these problems immediately; however we can't address them if we do not know who you are.

Major work? Really? Well it wasn't done in my apartment. I live in the Crafts House as well and I have had leaky windows since moving in and nothing has been done to fix the problem. You say that you can't fix the problem unless you know who we are? Well, you do know who I am because I call you every time the window leaks ( which is every time it rains), and that has gotten me nowhere. There are roaches in the hallways and mice in the elevator. This building is disgusting and management does nothing about it. I won't be calling them anymore however, my next call will be to L&I.

I live in the Craft House too, and I am having the same leaky window problem and it is just getting worse. Glad to hear it's just not my apartment.

I live in crafts house also, maintenace does show up, but they also leave a dirt trail behind them. The windows and the doors were installed eons ago and improperly and will probably never get fixed. Place is old, the "heat pump" is laughable. Coldest winter i have ever experienced

19 mice killed in the last two nights... even more random dead ones under our sink. We have complained several times... to no response. It is disgusting! Plus every mo, a new appliance isn't working... I want to move. Oh and if the maintenance people show up, they leave a mess! They destroyed a rug I bought and they said well, its no big deal. We have even caught a roach in the sticky traps that they put down... even after telling them NOT to put down a sticky trap or poison since after all I am PAYING to have a small dog... you would think they would check that or at least listen to me as I tell them. Its awful... It is souring the whole idea of living in the city!
