They're FINE!

We've lived at Penn's View for 2 years. It's been absolutely fine. Thin floors, apparently, had the tenant below us come up twice asking us if we were running around on hardwood floors (on new years eve no less...sorry for celebrating!). Other then that, maintenance always came to repair anything we asked within a weeks time, office staff are perfectly okay when we call them or talk to them during office hours, rent is fine for the location in old city. Not sure why everyone else has written awful reviews, but Brandywine has been fine for us. They could get on the ball with repairing the public roof deck upstairs, but that's a building amenity issue, not a personal unit issue. There's plenty of free parking around the neighborhood, apartment was painted and cleaned and windows repaired and maintained prior to move-in when requested, all the bathrooms are newly upgraded and fixtures work fine, good water pressure all around (for having 3 bathrooms, laundry, dishwasher, etc).
