Of course everyone has their own experiences - here is mine....
I just moved out of the Printing House after living there for 18 years (yes, that is not a typo). While there have been isolated issues over the years with noisy neighbors, things that required maintenance (nothing is ever perfect) - these are issues that happen everywhere, regardless of neighborhood or quality of apartment community. What i can say about Brandywine and my time at the Printing House was that it felt like home from the first day - the apartments were unique and clean, the neighborhood was quiet (although it is a lot more populated now than back in the early 90s) and the staff at Brandywine was always courteous, professional and responsive (Lucy and Katie are awesome).
I can't attest personally for the other buildings managed by Brandywine, but I can say the Printing House (notwithstanding the deathly slow elevator) is a great building and Brandywine does a very good job managing the property.
