I rented from a private condo owner, so my rent was reasonable.
Nice apartment. Poor air circulation, had to use a/c all summer, no cross breeze.
My car was broken into 4 times in 4 years...they need security in parking lot.
Overall, good location for public transit.
Would reccomend.
