I have had good luck here, although maintenance isn't especially expedient. The studio apts are SMALL...I intend to switch to a jr. 1-bedroom soon. For people without cars this is a pretty good location on or near 4 buslines, 2 that head down broad st.
Another issue I had was the fact that despite the existence of a office on the premises, rent and electric payments MUST be mailed. Also, electric is much higher than any other place I have ever lived, and I never used the air conditioner.
The people in the complex and working are friendly and helpful. Off-street parking is very helpful, although the lot is often full and people are forced to make new spaces for themselves. In the year I have lived here there were no windows broken, so security has increased. A new convenience store has opened across the street and another store filled the vacant building next door. This community will probably increase in security as the area continues to be developed.
The pool is great and the exercise room, now free [just question any deposit they ask for...it really is supposed to be free], has a lot more new equipment.
