This place fails with property management. If there is a problem like your car being vandalize with 24 hour security nothing happens and multiple cars were broken into. I was later told this was the kind of think to just expect as parts of the property does not have video surveillance (SO PART AT YOUR RISK) in addition multiple cars park illegally because there is not any space.
In addition, the electric bill is THE HIGHEST I HAVE EVER SEEN-SOMETHING VERY WRONG IS GOING ON HERE. THE AVERAGE LIGHT BILL FOR A STUDIO IS 60 DOLLARS AND 110-200 FOR A ONE BEDROOM AND ALMOST 300 FOR A TWO BEDROOM. Multiple people have complained and efforts are being made to contact a tenants right's lawyer because this electric bill is generated by the BROMLEY APARTMENT MANAGEMENT NOT PECO, NOT CONNECTIV AND THE APARTMENT BUILDING WILL NOT LET YOU SEE THE METER...IF YOU BEG YOU MIGHT GET TO SEE IT BY APPOINTMENT.
THE HALLWAYS OFTEN HAVE NO LIGHTS-IF TOU TRAVEL Late YOU MIGHT NOT SEE DANGER UNTIL IT IS RIGHT ON YOU.
