Do not live here. For the price of 850.00 for a 1 bed room and 700 for a studio. This a a horrible place to live.

1. Security is non existent as I am sure that everyone has heard about the dead body found in a car trunk with a odor tha was present for days and ignored by security. The dead body was there for prehaps a week or so and by the urging of a tenant the police were called and needless to say the dead body was found.

2. Vandalism of cars is common and the property management will not pay for it. I know atenant who was told to park on the front- no cameras on the back.

3. roach/bug problems are common

4. check your light bill as you do not get to see your meter and in the summer i have seen people with studios with bills of 150 and 1 bed rooms as high as 300 dollars. when you quetion the bill- you will not be allowed to see the meter

5. Not sufficient parking space and cars are towed now because of the dead body that was found. every car must be regitered and parked between white lines before people would doulble park and park in fire lanes. No guarenteed parking. It is dangerous if you travel at night.

6. The 24hr store across from bromley is dangerous the staff is nice but the people that come there are prostitutes to drug dealers. You could be caught in the cross fire of something that had nothing to do with you.
