Lindy property management have developed a reputation among its residents as cheaters. tThey control there own elect which allows them to charge you any amount that they want. We haven't been in our apartment in over a month and some how our electric bill came to $180.00, you figure it out. Lindy property managemnent also don't want to give back your security deposit. Since we had our apartment we humg no pictures and had basically no firniture because we decided that apartment living wasn't for us, we just wanted to complete our lease. When we finished our lease we cleaned the apartment and vaccumed the rug, excellent move in condition. Lindy apartments kept our security deposit because they said that there was some grease stains on the stove and charged us $15.00 for that,and a one stain on the carpet $55.00, total cost of so called property damage $75.00. So why did Lindy property management keep $780.00, from other trumped up charges. I strongly warn you that Lindy apartments enjoy sueing and weasling money from there tents. If you must move in to any of Lindy apartments hold on to all documentation, get copies of all letters and receipts, before you sign the lease make sure you pay for your last month rentahead of time. But to save your slf a headache, just simply AVOID LINDY APARTMENTS AT ALL COST, THERE REPUTATION IS NOT GOOD , THE SECURITY GAURD LET ANY BODY IN YOUR BUIDING,& IF YOU MOVE OUT THEY WILL TRY TO SUE YOU FOR AS MUCH MONEY THAT THEY CAN GET OUT OF YOU. LINDY APARTMENTS ARE BIG CORPORATE CROOKS!!!!!!!
