I have lived at many places in the Northeast. this is the first property that I can say is like coming "home" to a real home. My neighbors are great. The management accepted my dog with no problems. That was great. I received a new apt. There are stainless steel appliances and new cabinets in the apt, plus a new rug. We like the quiet nights here. You can't tell that you live in the city. I walk to the train in the morning and go right to work. The pool is nice too. I spent this whole weekend with my family at the pool and it was free! We are so glad we moved here and the lady in the office is always around the complex if you need help. The maintenance man was really nice when they gave us our new a/c. All the apartments are getting new heaters and a/c's. They are so cold. our neighbor has lived here almost 20 years! A lot of the residents have lived here that long. It definitely gave us piece of mind. The other complexes we looked at didn't compare.

For an apartment complex that is right next to the train tracks, these tenants seem not to hear the noises from the trains. Maybe they are deaf or just proof that Liss property management stoops low enough to bump up ratings for their own property. As far as the pool, it???s only open when management decides to open it, go figure. It???s also a nice that Liss property management allows the whole neighborhood to use our pool that we pay for monthly for free (don???t believe me? come visit here on a weekend and join the others who are not wearing pool passes and feel free to park in OUR parking spots). Maybe if the property manager (Robin) gets off her fat butt and actually checks for pool passes, things would be better. The maintenance staff here is a joke; they just barge in your apartment telling you they need to do this or that NOW. It would be nice if they gave you a heads up ahead of time for you to prepare yourself. Furthermore, I just love my neighbors, the raccoons, which come and visit me 5 out of 7 times during the week. Sometimes I hear them in the ceiling and other times they like to greet me near my private entry way. The only way you would hear them is if you live on the 2nd floor and if you live on the 1st floor, pray that you do not encounter one on your porch or near your front door. In addition, finding parking in front of your apartment is like trying to find parking in a mall on Christmas Eve, good luck! If that is not bad enough, you have people that take the R3 train, park anywhere they want in the complex. Also, having local businesses soliciting business cards on car windows is not attractive either. Overall, this wouldn???t be a bad place to live, if these things didn???t happen and if the price wasn???t so damn high.
