We didn't want to live in an apartment. After we sold the house, a friend at our church said this was a nice place, but there was a waiting list. We went to the office just to see how much they were and the manager was very friendly. She told us the price and showed us around the complex. I couldn't believe how pretty the outsides of the apartments are. We went home that night and came back the next day. Needless to say the apartment that we wanted had already been rented. The manager went through every apartment she had coming and we found a better location that the first.
Since we moved in, the neighbors are very nice, the maintenance help was helpful, and I am very glad we listened to our friends. My grandaughter even likes to play out back with another little girl when she is here.
