I had two problems while living in Brookshire Trace. My washer broke and the maintenance men serviced it. While serving my washing machine that day, my wedding ring disappeared. They claim they knew nothing about my ring. Moved since then and never recovered the ring. What a shame! I also had a two week visit of mice. They claimed that this happens when the woods are behind you. The problem was finally resolved when I told them I was moving out if they didn't find out where they were coming from rather than just put glue traps down.
