This is absolutely by far the worse apartment I have ever lived in. First lets start with the mice. Maintenance acts as if it is normal. You see mice everyday no matter what device you use to get rid of them. The saying is true for every 1 you see there are 50 more. The building leaks from every pipe. I have reported to maintenance the leak in the bathroom and kitchen and there was no response. If you love the cold you will love this building. The winter is abosolutely horrible. Last winter L & I were at this building b/c during one of the worse snow storms there was absolutely no heat. Woodward Properties are SLUMLORDS !!!!! They do not care about ther tenants at all. Stay Away !!!!!!!
