Penthouse rocks!

I love my apartment. It is huge with a balcony, living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. I have never had a mice, roach, or water problem. My roommate said her roof leaked during the nor'easter, but I think it was taken care of pretty quickly. For the price I pay, I think I got a great deal!
