I must say I have not complaints really about my apartment. I have a large studio with a terrace. It is old so the counter is a little chipped. The water doesn't work sometimes in the middle of the day. The building manager lives on the 11th floor and I live on the 10th, however it is still sometimes difficult to get in contact with. Overall I have really not complaints. It is definitely worth the price. I have lived here for about a year and I have never seen a roach, mouse, or anything of that nature.
