In the heart of Center City Philadelphia, this apt building was the perfect location for me. Seconds from the Metro and walking distance to everything in the city. Maintenance employee quick, efficient, and lives in building. An overall lovely experience in the Center City area..

I am with you a 100%; I really really REALLY hope that that is the case and that they are getting desperate for renters.
To anyone reading this review, DON'T MOVE THERE!!! You will NEVER see your security deposit again and you WILL regret it...
