-Trash strewn everywhere when I moved in.
-Used hypodermic syringe in the gutter of Pine St. on move-in day. Wish I'd seen that before I signed a lease!
-Ceiling was leaking like a sieve, so I called for maintenance. They came 3 days later and spray-painted over the water damage.
-Nothing is level in my place. It looks like a funhouse, the way all the cabinetry and furniture leans in different directions (they should've hired Union carpenters!).
-Only 6 out of 16 electrical outlets actually work. And 2 of them can't be used because they've been covered with a quarter-inch of paint. I only know they work because I shocked myself trying to chip the paint off with a multi-tool.
